Eye primer without color removal

E3006 24-hour eye primer uses moisturizing ingredients to make eye shadow more prominent and make eye makeup easy to apply and not easy to smudge. The creamy base can make the eyeshadow smoother without caking.

There are two levels to choose from.



Instructions:

Apply a little to the eyelids with a brush and apply evenly with your fingers. After 30 seconds, apply eye shadow.
