Refund Policy

U.S. Returns 

We want our valuable customers to be 100% satisfied with any Hoppa Hoppa purchase. Items in new condition (unused/unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged in its original box within 14 days of delivery. For returns or exchanges please kindly submit a request to support@hoppahoppa.com and we will provide you a shipping label to return back to us.  Please note that if returned item is worn or washed, we will not be able to issue a refund or store credit for you.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept an exchange, store credit or refund if it has been 14 days since the delivery date. Please note that original shipping charges on your purchase is non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges(if applicable) 

We do not accept returns or exchanges of:

  • Any items found to be marked by pen or similar items, deodorant or make up
  • Items smell tobacco, cologne, roll-on, soap, detergant or any chemical prodcuts or any other.
  • Any items damaged
  • Underwears(lingerie,costumes), swimwear, make up, jewelry and accessories under any circumstances
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted(On Sale) items
  • Any single leftover items
  • If item is not delivered due to recipient’s address(several times attempted delivery but still delivery is unsuccessful because of wrong address, recipient changed/moved the delivery address) 

International Returns

  • If item is not delivered due to recipient’s address(several times attempted delivery but still delivery is unsuccessful because of wrong address, recipient changed/moved the delivery address) 

Exchanges on defective or damaged (if applicable) 

If there is damage or defect in the products delivered to you, you must clearly take the damaged part of the product from both the front and the back and send it to support@hoppahoppa.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery with the invoice picture. Without our confirmation, please do not ship any items to us. If you ship, without our team’s approval, we can not accept your refund or exchange request. Please make sure you double check your order before finalizing.

After we receive your return or exchange request, our team will review the product and notify you that the product is eligible for a return or exchange or has been rejected. It may take up to 72 hours for us to get back to you. Please do not send another email after submitting a request until you receive an email from us, otherwise this will prolong the return process.

Processed Refunds (if applicable)
When we receive your return, we will first tell you that the product has been received by our team and that the product is in the review process. If your request is approved after the review process is over, your refund will be transferred to your payment card or applied to payment method within 3-15 business das, depending on your bank. 

Lost Refunds (if applicable) 
If your refund still does not appear in your bank account after 14 working days, please contact your bank first. If you receive a response from your bank that no refund has been received despite contacting, please send an email to support@hoppahoppa.com.

Note: Hoppa Hoppa will never contact you from any other email addresses than  info@hoppahoppa.com , refunds@hoppahoppa.com , returns@hoppahoppa.com or support@hoppahoppa.com call you from any number. Please be aware of this. Do not share your personal details or credit card information with anyone who call you. We never call our customers and ask their personal details. We will also accept to contact you only through your email address on your order details. If you contact us from any other emails, we will just ignore it and do not reply.
